Body Image Assessments: Ordering Information

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Simply place the measures you desire into your shopping cart.  After approval of your charge card purchase on our secure server, you will receive your materials as email attachments within 48 weekday hours. Materials will not be sent by postal mail. The assessments will be in the form of Adobe PDF documents* (see below). It's that simple!
